      Pros

      You can elevate in this company if you have a great work ethic. If you take pride in yourself, and in anything you do then this is the company for you. Your experience will be a good one and/or great one if you apply yourself.

      Kontras

      If I am being perfectly honest dispatch for this company could use a little tweaking. The only issue I have is there is no communication amongst dispatch. So you will receive three phone calls on the same issue.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
