Compensation is the only pro for this job. Even that is lacking compared to what the government pays them per man hour.
Kontras
Company lacks structure as well as a feedback system. There are numerous pay issues that seem to always go unresolved for entirely to long. There is a lack of leadership as well and no structure to policy. Supervision is questionable and unwilling to give concrete instruction as they do not wish to assume any responsibility in decision making.
