Easier way to get your TS, but be careful they may expect you to pay out if you leave earlier.

A lot of shady stuff is going on. New people are having a hard time getting hours. People who have been there for years are having a time getting 36/39 hours since they no longer pay for your Meal Breaks since they removed guard mount. Have to make sure you get your hours, if you've been on contract longer than 9 months, you are required at least 36 hours. Be careful they, the scheduler, could shortchange your hours to 35 which if knocks you out of receiving quarterly bonuses.
