Everything else. Poor treatment of employees, sporadic schedule, no care for employees or their family members, will find any reason to fire you, no parking (must pay), 9 months of probation before getting vacation denied. I could say much more but I really don't care to. Just don't do it. High pay not worth the poor quality of life.
