      Pros

      Excellent pay (for what you’re actually doing on post), Compared to what other regional security -firms are offering. ($17/hr - armed! Really?) The other bonus pgms and time off accrual seem to be pretty good. Coworkers have been very helpful in working thru the rookie mistakes & easy to work with.

      There’s always going to be a few procedures you have to find out about well past your first breakin week! Some were 1st shift-specific ones that I didn’t know about, but no biggie after making the first round & some fast learning.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
