      It is a paycheck. It is a job!

      Interpret the union contract the way it suits them. Management is corrupt from the area manager up! No room to grow and although there is a standard required to work for the contract, they go to Craigslist and get what we call "Craigslist Heros". Cheap uniforms and still have not provided all the gear we have been asking for over the last few years. Payroll is always screwed up and they never keep accurate records in issuing your vacation.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
