      Pays better than most if not any other armed security contract; if you don't have a security clearance (TS) yet they work to get it for you(not guarranteed, a few don't getit); good camraderie among officers

      Kontras

      You'll probably start at outside post any shift; will get held over and have your work schedule changed; management policy changes often; lots of turnover

      Only pro is being salaried

      Kontras

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
