Illegal tactics for people who are injured and have disabled families. Active conservative discharge for anyone who is lower than three stars. A "star" system is the only rewards for "good behavior" so basically you just get constantly harassed with only a digital mark on your account for being good. Company policy protects harassment from their supervisors and managers.
