Quite disorganized and slow in making decisions Management has little control by the organization creating opportunities for abuse of power. Good example of how very intelligent individuals are not very smart a group. The concept of empowerment of employees is foreign for the organization. Nobody is allowed to make decisions alone. All decisions are made in groups thus being slow and not very smart.
