Since this review was posted, our leadership team has reviewed the feedback and separated the items that should be addressed internally from the broader communication themes reflected here. While individual experiences can vary, especially as we continue to grow and integrate teams, we take detailed employee feedback seriously.
Several of the themes you mentioned, including communication around compensation, certification support, team consistency, and operational standards, have been routed to the appropriate leaders for review. We recognize that during periods of change, it is important not only to make thoughtful decisions, but also to communicate the “why” behind those decisions clearly.
