Best company I have ever worked for. They care deeply about their employees, routinely checking on each one to see if they work space is healthy and the are taking time needed for rest. Everyone is encouraged to do their best and are routinely thanked for their contributions. There is virtually no drama. The CEO routinely called me to ask my opinion and our conversations were never rushed. IntelliQ strives for success, but doesn't do it with high pressure tactics. Solutions are always being improved upon and they tailor it to each company, pricing is negotiable and affordable.

If you can call it a con. Because of their growth they often were behind schedule in bringing their solution to a customer on the initially suggested timetable. They routinely contracted help needed to move projects along.
