Easy job, good pay for getting into the customer service business. Has decent hours. Free gym membership and free breakfasts and lunches

Kontras

Can be stressful. Customers tend to yell at you over the phone and can't seem to grasp that you know what you're doing.

Good coworkers, nice building, goo industry and lots of business

Kontras

Growing business without properly growing back-end resources. Expect some to do a job hired for in addition to the job they need to hire for, stating they can't hire until the main job is done, even though there is no time to do it.
