      Pros

      Until I was working there, I never faced any issues from management or director. Infact they were very supportive in all aspects and tried to figure out if I had any problems even before I could tell them. Even I got relieved with a smooth process.

      Kontras

      There is policy to serve the notice period for 3 months which any company would have. I guess people trying to get relieved before the notice period would face issues, since it is against the policy.

      lack of systematic approach in admin department, Not approachable and able to resolve issue, I never got my PF refunded after lots of follow ups.
