      Lowend back office /services company.

      bad work culture. It was bad when i joined, but now it has become even worse. Employees are expected to work day and also in night late hours to deal with US team. long work hours.. There is high attrition rates at all levels. Inspite of raising issues with management - no change .Will this company survive? may be, But the employees won't :(....No Mental peace, No money either.

      This is a malicious review and full of falsehoods. The job "Technical Manager" does not exist in our organization. Moreover, we work mostly India business hours with the whole team based in India. There is no US team to support. Nor have we ever had high attrition; our attrition rates are much lower than the Industry.
