Compensation is really strong...the commission structure rewards performance in a way that truly makes your hard work pay off. The new comp plan is great. The culture is fast paced and competitive, but in a way that pushes you to be your best. You’re surrounded by other high performers, which creates an environment where you’re constantly trying to do your best work.

Downright the most hostile toxic and horrible place I (& any other IPS employee) has ever worked. Metrics only matter if you’re one of the favorites… and don’t embrace being a golden boy because it may last for a year or two then you’ll experience your fall from grace when leadership throws you under the bus to be crushed like all the rest. Management pretends to care about you but you will always be a # and even if you produce if you’re not on their golden boy list you’ll never be safe here. Kissing bum means much more than actual “integrity”. You’ll see in former reviews that Casey is the only one who will stick his neck out but those days are long gone. CEO is greedy. Everyone who works here is absolutely MISERABLE. Do not be fooled please safe you’re the pain
