-Overly saturated industry (these businesses get 20 calls from other logistics companies before lunch rolls around)
- Trucking and logistics culture is “rough around the edges”
- Low job stability (turn and burn)
-The logistics industry is in a very rough spot and shows no signs of improving anytime soon

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
