Long working hours and weekends are needed in order to succeed. Depending on the account you are working on you can be putting in as much if not more work than the brokers and for not anywhere near the pay. Can be different for each account but often times you don’t learn until it’s too late

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
