Some of the best reasons I work at Integrity Express Logistics are but not limited to: -Great atmosphere. -Leadership are always pumped and ready to strive and take me with them. -Appreciation, my colleagues as well as the ones I support show their appreciation in different ways, making me feel good and valued. -Management is always looking for ways to make me happy, they truly care about ME and what I want to do for IEL, I love it. -Pay has been great too and benefits overall.

The only cons I can think of are related to health benefits, just wish it was more affordable for the employees such as lower copays and coverage on medications.

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
