      For the sales team, meetings are sparse and managers are there when you need them and not standing at your elbow when you don't. Time management is left largely to the individual. You're given an excess of tools and resources to build an incredible freight business.

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
