Management, HR and Captains are all great people. Everyone is driven and the company does a lot of volunteer/charity work and donates to local schools every year. The money can also be amazing. All it takes is hard work and dedication and a big spoon full of luck!

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
