great employees, family atmosphere, Work and Family Balance.
the position is a grind, but all sales positions are. As a Broker you must time manage properly and make sure you have that work /family balance. Been with IEL for a while and i am extremely happy with the company since Day 1.

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
