      Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Open to working from home, which is important to me. I felt I was fairly compensated for my work. I met with the President, who was very open to helping me learn how to get more contract work with other companies, and giving me recommendations.

      Wading through Govt. requirements is tedious work. Not really a "Con", but I just wasn't used to that type of work. My direct supervisor was very helpful.

      Pros

      This small woman owned company has been in business for 22 years and is known for being an employee's company. The president provides employees with outstanding support which allows all contracts to be completed on time and with high scores from the customers. Training is availble when required and advancement and raises occur regularly. Also, work from home is allowed. The company support staff is first rate. The company is generous with vacation days/family leave.
