      - Good managers. I've benefited from many great managers in my time at IMS. - Great teammates. Perhaps even more consistently great are the people I've worked with. - Innovative. IMS is always thinking ahead, trying new things, and encourages employees to do the same.

      Despite IMS many strengths as an employer, it's challenging to pinpoint significant cons. While no workplace is perfect, IMS has managed to mitigate many common issues through its employee-centric approach and inclusive culture.

      Friendly colleague Flexible hours (you don’t have to arrive at 9 sharp) Quite international

      Not sure how the company stay profit. Deal $ < hours of labour. A period of the time, I worked >12 a day. They don’t know how to push back the client and l had to be the one to manage the client all the time as a mid-level to junior person. No concrete service scoop to the client, they just ask you to do whatever the client ask you to, because they don’t care, you are the one who work.
