I worked here in 2014-2015. The work environment is exceptional and the people I worked with were professional, fun, and quite talented. I learned multitudes about technology while working with them, filling in any gaps I had in my knowledge. Asking questions and being open is activly encouraged. I got to know each employee well and we all had different strengths that we used to help each other. Learning and getting certifications is also encouraged. I never once had anyone not answer a question or not help me when needed. The pay was good and the job was life friendly, I could always get time off or sick time if needed. The benefits are great with Medical, Vacation, and sick time, etc. ICS is a growing company and there will be tremendous opportunities there as they grow. I would definatly work there again if the opportunity arises.

I think the strength here relies on teamwork so people who dont enjoy teamwork or are lone wolves may not quite like it but the CEO Mike allows for people to be who they are and will let people focus on their strengths. He allows for an open door policy so if you have anything at all you want to talk about, unless you keep to yourself he will listen.
