Pros

Driven to provide a truly high quality product with actual customer minded service. Owners are very caring and thoughtful with employees. Will invest in the tools and training needed for the work. Always looking to improve and streamline things. The whole company will get involved in an installation of it is needed.

Kontras

This is a small company that is on the verge of going to the next level. As such, the growing pains that come with this can be hard to navigate at times.

A few of the fellow technicians have a passion for their work and it’s nice to work side by side with that type of pride.

Training is terrible, project leads felt very disrespectful and unwilling to train. Lack of patience. Understand going into this company you are expected to know what your doing and if you require any guidance, well prepare to be judged....

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your perspective and wish that you would have brought these concerns to our attention during your time with us, if nothing else, via your exit interview. Employee compliments and incentives are abundant in our organization; some of which do occur during staff meetings but many occur in person, via email, and through payroll bonuses and Visa gift cards. We also show our appreciation for our employees through many other extra-curricular activities, many of which include spouses and families. We agree that respect is key but also feel that it is something that must be earned.
