Pros

No pros as such.. Company is 40 year old but now will definitely shut-down in 2 years... 15 PPL just left from the organisation bcoz of new management. They decided to sacrifice their 10% variable. So you can think that how bad the new management is

Management changed now, new one is not capable and illiterate. They don't know how to manage a company. They behave ridiculously with 11 years old staff who work for 11 straight years for the company and your father and make this company. If after 11 years of service to the company if someone decide to move on in life they behave as if they own you forever. CEO don't know what is humanity and professionalism. Other companies in this compititive IT industry, they have celebrated the 11 years of employment and give a fairwell but not in this company after 11 years you will get is just false words for ceo

Nothing i could think off but yes they will hire you at good salary

Lack of clearly defined SOPs and standardized processes. Salary payments are generally made, but not always on time. High levels of pressure across departments, which can negatively impact the overall work environment. Excessive reporting requirements often consume a significant amount of time, leaving less focus on client-facing activities and core responsibilities. Decision-making and priorities can shift frequently, making it difficult to maintain consistency in client engagements. Workplace politics can sometimes affect collaboration and productivity. Employees may be expected to work beyond regular hours when required, with a strong emphasis on ownership and going the extra mile. Whether dealing with domestic or international operations, the pressure remains consistently high due to evolving processes and organizational challenges. Not a learning platform and hiring and firing always takes place as by the time i worked they sacked or created environment in a way that 6 people left in a span of 9 months in a small team
