      Pros

      INTECH on-boarding process is very smooth and comfortable. I recently joined INTECH and it has already welcomed me as a family member. Excellent environment, friendly people and warm welcome, that's what you can expect here.

      Kontras

      The only Con I can think of right now is its location very far from city center. It commute here is very long if you live in city center or somewhere near Airport.

      Pros

      The working culture is among the best in the industry. They are absolutely a team-oriented workforce that are passionate about their industry. Unfortunately, company closed its doors in Houston, due to COVID-19.

      Kontras

      Being a small (less than $100M) company and being family owned, they have been well-funded in years past. However their funding was not enough to sustain the economic impact of COVID-19.

      1. Confusion on top level 2. No clear directions or appeared as like this 3. Limited scope of work only related to Oil and Gas
