Pros

Good salary in terms of money (don't count in bonus rewards though) and excellent punctuality on payments. Good value on payments for off-shore working periods.

Kontras

Especially for developers: - you'll never have an update training, not even under request - issues management is so bad that you won't be able to count repeated mistakes to fix - only few colleagues will be available for giving help - managers are highly self-flattering, responsibilities and duties repelling and they won't have second thoughts on fingering and blaming (and if you throw on their face facts and proofs they will become even more aggressive), very demotivating - career opportunities, especially if you are a developer, are very restricted if not closed - self training is the only way to improve the self knowledge - jungle law is the only way to survive - HR won't even try to help you if you feel uncomfortable working with upper- mentioned managers - BA and Architects normally live in their own bubble: doctors will be always very confusing and non-detailed: always avoid technical terms, it's like sun for vampires - in general independent thinking is not tolerated - if INTEC wasn't absorbed by CSG, it was certainly doomed to be flushed in an oblivion - all the best people I knew there left the company as I did - I've never seen the CEO putting not even a bit of effort to understand any kind of circumstances, seeming more he used to take care of telling you that "for this year you won't get a bonus" definitively not knowing on what you worked and how you worked: he didn't care even of direct customer's reviews!!!

Pros

Congenial atmosphere, pay for performance, high regard for employees and their ideas, generous benefits other than vacation, willingness to do what is necessary to win business

Kontras

Limited vacation benefit; suffering some growing pains such as lack of procedures in some cases and too much in others

Pros

Great products with capable support but poor mangement concentrating on raising stock prices and selling the company is starting to weather the core of the company. Intec will be sold or dismantled within 2 years.

Kontras

Intec has no concern for employees, no sense of loyalty and if you are not British you will never be promoted above mid-management
