Pros
*Flexible work environment (i.e. work from home) was the best part as an FT working parent. *My salary was competitive due to my role. Not sure others would agree that their salaries were good. *Flexible benefits package was good but expensive as you were forced to pay for your own LTD.
Kontras
*Few leaders knew how to be a "good" leader. *Bonus structure was very flawed and arbitrary. *Didn't feel the Executive team really cared about the staff.
