Pros
I like that we get a lot of days off for Holidays. I also like how easy it is to ask for help within my team. It is a very smooth job. I also like that we have workflows for everything just in case we forget something. My team has been very kind to me. I like that we have lunches so we all get to know each other better. It creates a more inclusive environment.
Kontras
I don't like that working from home is considered a "privilege". In the job description, I was told it was hybrid work and am still even after 6 months, spending $400 or more on gas per month to travel here all 5 days of the week. My car has begun to fall apart because of the commute. I also don't like that some employees have different privileges. I was told first come first serve for claims. Many employees ignore that rule, but when I accidentally skip a claim, I immediately get reprimanded for doing the same things other employees do.
