My first job out of college where we taught to be respectful and how to act in workplace, too bad senior management and team lead did not get the same education. I was shocked with the profanity and vulgarity of the senior team lead.... UNBELIEVABLE...... also the overall appearance, manners and lack of professionalism is the worst I have seen or could imagine... The company sells insurance to employers in an effort to improve benefits at less cost to both employer and employee using quality networks that do not include the Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare and Aetna, however they only offer these companies as an employee choice of benefits which are costly and come with a high deductible, PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH if you believe in what you are selling!!! No structured PTO... they call it "unlimited" "you can take as much time as you want without affecting your job responsibilities..... of course when you take time off your responsibilities suffer especially if your peers cannot perform these responsibilities..... This is a joke!
