Latest technologies to work with. Human Resource department provides good support to the employees. Diverse work force. Company do take care of employees in that they do have these team building, yoga, learning sessions now and then.

Budget constraints lead to minimal annual salary increment (last year the average salary increment in my department was almost equal to the inflation rate, so basically there was no raise at all). Hard to work up the hierarchy without compromising family life and you have to keep some people happy (not necessarily through your work) to make sure you are noticed and rewarded appropriately. Flexible work timings are actually not that flexible.
