The company sponsors a variety of contests aimed at engaging employees and keeping them interested in the company, their jobs and their co-workers. They have everything from "brand" contests to our own "Admini-loser" weight loss contest. The company is very volunteer-oriented and provides time off each month to volunteer and will match contributions of charitable donations.
Kontras
Very focused on metrics, which isn't all bad. Unfortunately some of the metrics are misleading and teams are held responsible for concerns out of their control. You must "drink the Kool-Aid" - and all the food they feed you consists of carbs.
