Failing company with poor leadership - Customer Support Specialist bei Insightly: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The leadership team has absolutely no idea what to do. Sales are stagnant, yet they claim it's the current environment. They've been claiming that for years, maybe it's just that your product is bad and there are better alternatives out there. There have been bugs in the product for years, but instead of fixing them, they decide to release half-cocked products that also don't work. I'm surprised they have any customers with the plethora of better products out there. Trying to get any bug fixed in the product is an absolute nightmare. Get ready to tell your customers it'll be a few months before they're fixed. They created their own version of Zendesk called Service which is an absolute disaster. Constant bugs and the slowest platform you'll ever use. There will absolutely be no COL raises. I was told I was lucky to get a $1 raise in these times. What a joke. The "unlimited" vacation is also a lie. It's 4 weeks if you get approval. There have been multiple layoffs and I wouldn't be surprised if there's going to be more. Do yourself a favor and never apply here.
