Pros
There are no pros for new recruiters. You will be working 50+ hours a week for about $14/hr and making almost nothing with your commission at 1% even though you'll do 90% of the work from finding a candidate to placing them on site and taking care of their entire paperwork process.
Kontras
Poor management and training. They don't help with relocation and recruiters make almost nothing compared to their account managers.
