Pros

I have been working at Insight Global for 6 months now and I do not regret one day. I truly believe if you have a job that you love going to each morning and a job that gives you have the potential to grow within the company then you are not doing half bad. Yes, this job is hard and recruiting it not for everyone but at the end of the day you are helping others find jobs. I talk to people with families who do not have jobs every single day and when you can help them in this economy it makes your job worthwhile. I truly feel rewarded every single day when these people send me letters thanking me for finding them a new opportunity. I am in the process of being promoted into Account Management where I then build relationships with numerous Fortune 500 companies daily. This job is what you make of it and if you work hard you will be rewarded. This company gives you the opportunity to be the best you can be.

Kontras

Everyone has something bad to say about everything. You need to take the good with the bad and learn new things everyday. This job is competitive...so if you cannot handle sales or you are not here to be successful then this is not the place for you.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Kontras

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
