      Pros

      Very helpful with on-boarding and dealing with issues that came up during employment. I work/worked with Jessica Belz out of the Fort Lauderdale Office and only have good things to say about her.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Kontras

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
