Pros
-fun, energetic environment -meet a lot of interesting people -potential to make a decent salary, if you're in the 1% you could make 6 digits+ at a young age too -good for people who don't know what they want to do/want a foot in the door for recruiting or sales, and want to learn how to be professional and make friends
Kontras
-burn you out -they don't care about the individual, just about getting as much out of you while you last there -40%+ turnover rate -barely let you get a day off, and make you feel guilty if you do -notice most of the positive reviews, realize they are from people who were told to write a positive review from their managers, they want to make sure the REAL reviews are lost in the sea of forced posts -they don't care about the people they are placing into positions for the most part (some individuals do care BUT those people shouldn't work for IG, IGs beliefs are only with the $$ not about caring for anyone-unless you're making them millions)
