I was connected to an opportunity quickly and communication was good in the beginning of the contract

Responsiveness for questions regarding HR, Payroll, extensions was non existent. I never heard back on how to submit sick pay, so by the time my contract ended, I had an entire week and a half of sick pay that went unused. Pay was low. And benefits are trash. To get similar coverage as my previous employer, I'd have to pay just shy of 900 dollars a month.
