- The company is growing very rapidly, which presents challenges as you may have to take on challenges that you weren't anticipating or have relatively intense periods of work (though hours are still good). - The work can be very cyclical which may not be good for folks who want consistency day-in day-out. In addition, iteration and changes are frequent so one must be ok with things both organizationally and work-flow to look different over relative short timescales.
