Coaching company that struggles with coaching. Leadership claims the company strategy is to make people/companies get better results through coaching, but it feels like aggressive strategies are only to make enough money to benefit the CEO and the owner, and secure their retirement. There is little promotion from within and no career paths. Employees have to manage multiple jobs beyond what they are hired for. Very little diversity in the company. No full time women on the executive team. Turnover at the company is high. Company on boarding is poor. Steep learning curve for new sales team—long sales cycle. The CEO is outdated. He needs to do some self reflection and maybe look inward—he may be the weak link. When someone doesn’t agree with him, he seems to just fire them.
