      Great working environment with great people that give 110% to their job and have each others back to make sure work is done. Work well as team players..

      Kontras

      It is a coaching company and doesn't do very well at doing what they preach. Preach of helping managers coach employees to do what they already know, but don't use the same practice with their own employees

      Outstanding talent and camaraderie on a small but high-output marketing and sales team. Given lots of freedom in design materials.

      Constant shifting of priorities and targets. Spent too much time pivoting without being given enough time to let anything work.
