We recognise that periods of change, including the headcount reductions you mentioned, are genuinely difficult to go through, and we don't take that lightly.
On compensation, we're sorry that the bonus expectations set with you weren't able to be met, and we understand the frustration that comes with that.
We also hear you on claims workload. Managing high volumes while being evaluated fairly on outstanding work is a real concern, and it's something we want to keep examining closely.
