Inserso corporation is a wicked company to work for. They are not loyal to their employees. Employees are just statistics to fill their coffers. I have worked for them for over 5 years. They are not fair and compassionate of their employees. What kind of wickedness is it when employers give you a raise of .49%. You just have to consider that costs of living go up every year and inflation has been rampant. Yet, this company has the audacity to keep insulting their government contractors. First of all as government contractors, we are treated not any better than slaves. You are over worked with no reward. Inserso underbid this contract and life has been terrible since. Even junior who are with AT&T as subcontractors have it better. The get sick days, raise of 3% or better, family leave and other great benefits.

Pros

Overall it’s been a great place to work! The team is helpful and people are willing to jump onto Teams to help you if you’re stuck on something. You get to work on a lot of different issues, so it’s a good environment if you want to build troubleshooting skills and learn new things. Management communicates very well and makes sure we have what we need to do the job. The coworkers are great and make the workday a lot easier.

Kontras

Like most tech support jobs, it can get pretty busy depending on ticket volume. Some days are a lot heavier than others, especially during peak times. It would help to have a little more coverage during those periods.
