- Currently salary being delayed by 3 months for junior rank employees and 4 months for mid-senior rank employees. - "Shouting culture" prevalent coming right from the top including MD, Director etc . - Never expect any praise of your work/contribution. - 1st/3rd/5th Sat working in April-Dec, All sat working in Jan-March. - Promoter/Top mgt delaying salaries and keeping money in FDs. Very small mindset or earning interest and not thinking of hardships faced by employees. - Basically promoters consider employees to be just servants. Sadly speaking that's the attitude - Random Hiring & firing culture of company. - No long term mindset of developing a company culture.
