I had an awesome boss and all the developers I worked with were very helpful and cooperative. We also had an excellent project manager/scrum master.

The company struggle with cash flow possibly due to impact of COVID-19. No formal budgets. No formal severance pay plan in case of lay off.

INOVx has recently undergone some top management changes, which has remarkably and dramatically improved cooperation between departments. We have an environment that truly motivates and empowers employees, more so than ever. The organization is leaner and more efficient. My team and I have a real say in the operation and we are listened to more than ever before. We have influence and it is truly motivating. I enjoy my job and my coworkers - best job I have ever had without a doubt. We work hard and play hard together as a team – almost like a family. Also, the refreshed web site and market message is really resonating with other employees and our customers! It is an exciting time to be an INOVX employee for sure.

I think INOVX technology is probably the best kept secret in the industry... We need to get the word out to more customers!
