Ego driven management at all levels (prevalent at the senior level); everyone has the correct answer, no one has the wrong answer; everyone wants responsibility but when the fires start, no one wants the onus. Defined lines are drawn among peers. If one does not subscribe to fraternal behavior, one will be unable to build meaningful, professional relationships. Clear favoritism; no room for growth; management saturation.
