      - Good mentors and seniors - Good learning experience and opportunity. The whole engineering team is quite helpful and friendly - Also free tea coffe lunch etc.

      - Some aspect of management needs work. Poor management doesnt make it feel like a real company - Need a good office space. Current office environment is not the best, specially the washroom
