Employees are required to address top management as “Sir,” which creates a very hierarchical environment. Management insists on being in the office every day and does not provide work from home opportunities, even in cases of illness (despite medical reports). Instead, employees are told to take leave. There is inconsistency, as some teams are allowed WFH while others are strictly denied. The work culture under certain management roles feels overly strict and unsupportive. Higher management does not appear to take action to address these issues, which has led to high employee turnover.
