Pros
The hours are flexible. You do get lengthy training. The hospital acknowledge staff every so often and are making small efforts to improve.
Kontras
Like with any big corporation your ideas are not always listened to. If you get hurt on the job, you have to fend for yourself, even if it was caused by a patient. The hospital does NOT have your back. Job security is not guaranteed. For staff who are not RNs it's hard to move up (salary wise), although there is a salary range for every job.
